Why this tier fits who it fits.

  • 01You've outgrown WordPress or Squarespace. The site works, but it's slow, unranked, and hard to update. Every agency quote is 12 weeks and $60K.
  • 02You don't need 1,000 pages yet. You need the 50 pages you have to actually load fast, rank properly, and look like the business you're running.
  • 03You value owning your code. Platform lock-in (Webflow, Wix, Squarespace) is a tax on every future decision. Foundry hands you a private GitHub repo at launch.
  • 04You want ongoing content but not a 5-person agency relationship. The $1,500/month retainer ships 8 posts a month with Lighthouse + GA4 + Search Console reporting. Bigger scope upgrades to Atlas.

How the engagement runs.

  1. Step 1

    Deposit

50% on signature, via Stripe Invoice. Work starts the day the deposit clears. No scoping call needed, the SOW is signed with the deposit.

  2. Step 2

    Recon

Days 1-2. We crawl your current site, extract content, document brand, analyze what's working. You don't need to send assets or write anything.

  3. Step 3

    Brand + architecture

Days 3-4. We write the build spec: pages, URL structure, SEO plan, design direction. Sent to you for sign-off if you want it, or trusted if not.

  4. Step 4

    Build

Days 5-14. Head-down build. You get one status update on day 7. Preview URL shared on day 10 with a 30-minute review call.

  5. Step 5

    Revisions + audit

Days 11-17. Feedback incorporated. Visual audit run to 9.5/10+. Lighthouse, accessibility, SEO all verified green.

  6. Step 6

    Launch

Days 18-21. DNS cuts over. Site live at your domain. Private GitHub repo transferred to your org. Retainer kickoff scheduled for day 30.

Foundry questions

How does Foundry differ from a Webflow rebuild?
Foundry is custom Next.js 16 code you own. Webflow rebuilds lock you to Webflow's platform with a perpetual monthly fee and no exit path beyond painful export. Our Lighthouse scores are higher, pSEO scale is higher, and there's nothing to rent.
What counts as a 'page' in the 40 to 80 count?
Every unique content page with its own URL. Home, about, services, individual service pages, contact, legal, blog posts at launch, geo pages, FAQ. Pagination variants and redirects don't count.
Can you migrate my existing blog content?
Yes. Blog migration runs as a parallel pipeline (we call it blog-sweep). Existing posts are imported, AI-enhanced while preserving voice, and redirected so no SEO equity is lost.
Is the 10 launch blog posts something I write or something you write?
We draft in your voice using the brand profile we generate from your existing site. You review, edit to taste, and approve before publish. After launch, 8 posts per month in the retainer run on the same workflow.
What if my site is outside the 40-80 page range?
Under 40 pages: we'll likely recommend Foundry at the lower end of the price range. Over 80 pages: Atlas is usually a better fit because of the pSEO engine. Email a URL and we'll recommend directly.

We use analytics to understand which pages help, with PII redacted and session inputs masked. Your form submissions always reach us regardless of this choice.
