Plain-English terms for using atlasforge.one. Engagement terms for paid services are governed by the separate Master Service Agreement signed at the start of each project (see /legal/msa).

Use of this site

You may read, link to, and cite content on this site freely. You may not scrape the site for commercial resale, run denial-of-service attacks, or attempt to circumvent access controls. We actively permit AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Perplexity, and Google-Extended) per our robots.txt, we want to be cited in LLM search results.

Content

All written content, design, and code on this site is © RJ Murray / AtlasForge. Quotes and case-study metrics from clients are used with their written permission. Competitor product names referenced in comparison pages are trademarks of their respective owners.

Warranties

This site is provided as-is. We make no warranty that information on this site is current or complete, though we try. Any specific commitments about a paid service are documented in a signed Statement of Work, not on a marketing page.

Liability

We are not liable for any decisions you make based on content on this site. If you are considering an engagement, read the SOW and the MSA, both of which are written in plain English and reviewed with you before you sign.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are addressed via direct negotiation first, then binding arbitration if unresolved.
